YOUR ENTRY — THE MYSTERY BAG
Entry to the Mystery Bag Tournament is a gift, not a fee.
1. Pick up something worth $5 or more
from The Warehouse, Kmart, a two dollar shop, or anywhere similar. No food. Pop it in a brown paper bag and drop it off at the centre by Wednesday 10 September.
2. What counts:

Stationery (pens, notebooks, sticky notes)

A small game, puzzle, or card deck
-
A small toy or novelty item
-
Anything fun and useful for someone your age
-
No food please
3. On the night
All bags go into the centre of the court. Every player picks one and takes it home — you won't know what's inside until you open it.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
How The Tournament Works
It’s a two-hour event at the end of each term. You play singles for the first hour and doubles for the second. Everyone plays the whole time with breaks in between — there’s no knockout. The teams, and players who score the most points across the night wins.

Parents and supporters are welcome to watch
The cafe will be open during the tournament
Players should know simplified rules
Matches are self umpired
What to bring
Clean court shoes - no jandals, bare feet or outdoor shoes
Appropriate sportswear - no jeans or coats
Water bottle
All equipment provided - racket and shuttles available at the centre
