1. How do I log in to my Badminton Wellington (BW) account?

Visit our new Login page at book.badminton.net.nz

Enter username (your registered email address) and password

New users: click "Sign Up" to create an account
2. How do I log in for the first time?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password".

Enter your email address to receive a password reset link. (Must be the same email address registered previously on HelloClub.

Check your inbox and follow the instructions.
3. What if I forgot which email I used?

Contact BW support at info@badminton.net.nz with your name and details

We will assist in recovering your account information.
4. How do I book a court?

Navigate to the "Court Booking" 📆

Select your preferred date, time, and court.

Confirm and pay using credits.

A valid credit balance is required to proceed with a booking.
5. How do I cancel a booking?

Select the booking > Click "Cancel Booking"

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
6. What happens if I missed my booking?

​​Missed booking is not refundable. Please plan your booking carefully to avoid this.
7. How do I check my booking confirmation?

​​You'll receive a confirmation email after booking.

If you don't see it, check your spam/junk folder.

Alternatively, log in to book.badminton.net.nz, and view "Ongoing Booking" under Profile for confirmation.
8. Do I need to check in before playing?

​​For casual booking, no. Lights will turn on automatically.

Check-in may be required for "Club Night".
9. How do I top up my account credit?

Go to "Top Up" under profile 👤

Enter the preferred amount or select the suggested amount from the list.

Complete the payment process.

Pay using a credit card (1% surcharge) or Account2Account (no surcharge).
10. How do I upgrade my membership to a Direct Membership or Club Membership?
